The player's requesting a refund of his deposit as he is supposed to be self-excluded. The complaint was closed as he did not request the casino for self-exclusion according to the casino's terms therefor he was not eligible for a refund.

I'm from Germany and I've been banned from OASIS since April 2022 due to gambling addiction! But I could still play at Jetcasino.
I ask the casino to refund me the amounts paid. Since I'm a player from Germany, they had to match my data with the OASIS data. Which they obviously didn't do. Therefore I am entitled to compensation!

Could you please advise if you did request for a self exclusion directly in Jet Casino? If yes, when exactly and what did the casino respond?
Please note that OASIS is only for casinos with German license, therefor it is not valid for this casino. If you did not request a self-exclusion directly from Jet Casino, there is nothing you or we can do.

nope Unfortunately I haven't. But if they do allow German players, they are obliged to compare my data with the OASIS data. Can you please post a piece of legislation or something that proves that Oasis does not apply to foreign licensed casinos.

I doubt that you will find such document anywhere as why would something describe what is not for. Its like you would expect your bank to list services they do not offer. Also the casino is not obligate to do such thing. If the casino do not have German license, it is entirely up to the player whether he wants to register there or not.
I simply believe that in this case they are not allowed to accept players from Germany! Don't you have a legal department with you?

I really hope that it is clear that we are not a casino. Also there isn't any regulation against it as the casino is not situated in Germany.
Please understand that if you did not request for self-exclusion directly from the casino, you have no right to receive any refund as the casino was acting legally by it's terms.
