The player from Quebec has been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hasn’t been received yet. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I gave up weeks ago on this and blew everything but 5000


Each time I tried to withdrawl they would find an issue. I read online and saw all the claims to fraud so i was worried when they started asking for personal bank info , etc


First, i tried to withdrawl via etransfer and was told to wait indefinately and after i kept asking i was rejected stating i needed to verify my identity.


I uploaded visa card, passport, bank card, screenshot of bank logon.


I was told all was good and to wait again.


After that, I was rejected again and then talked to support and said lets just do a withdrawl on my visa in a smaller amount.


I was told it was no problem and next thing I know the option to withdrawl on visa disappear and i was told it's not supported.


I was KFC verified at that point and then tried another etransfer.


Was promised it's good and was rejected stating they want my bank account number without any of it hidden. I was very concerned and my bank warned me.


I uploaded a written statement from my bank with all the info needed.


Once again was verfied and reject.


This time they want my bank account balance....


I have been told so many times it's good to go and at this point the information they ask of me is nonsense.


I decided to blow the money but noticed now the betting/winning seemed off.


I was no longer winning much especially on the bonuses when they rarely came.


I also noticed on progessive wins some of the win amounts didn't show up on the chains and they were not being added to my winnings...


Also, i noticed inconsistencies in the payouts vs the tables. It looks super sketchy.


They told me they are not responsible for these issues and they refused to answer any questions about the screenshots i provided them showing inconsistencies.


They also threatened to close my account numerous times especially when i asked why they needed my private bank account info on an etransfer, why my visa option was removed for withdrawls, and why the payouts seemed strange.


So i blew 34000 and am left with 5000.


it's very sad and depressing and on top of that they took hundreds of dollars from me from my own funds.


Also, when my withdrawl via etransfer was rejected there was an indirect suggestion that i use bank funds so that i meet the t&a since it's not the same funds i used as a desposit eg. the visa that no longer has a withdrawl option.


This is full scale fraud.


The are phishing for personal bank info and my account funds.


I have 5000 left but quite honestly after the payouts started changing i dumped it all and made observations.


at least 5000 went into the strange payouts at a minimum and quite possibly much more.


it was clear it was no longer the same casino that i won 34,000 from

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
