on a no no deposit bonus i played almighty dollar and mystic wolf i wagered in no time, i requested the 150 withdrawal limit and i was told i needed to deposit 25 dollars in bitcoin, im new with bitcoin so i bought just enough but not enough cause the price went down so i was only able to deposit 23 , the thing that pisses me of is that they say o ist ok ill have your account elevated and the use as soon as posible when i clearly have ask for an exact date they will pay like any other casino or business would, i have not been told i am getting screwed directly, ok so so my first $23 deposit was on aug30th and my wallet litecoinand i was told on sept 04 that i actually did need to deposit anothr $25 to verify what $23 dollars could not so i played along ("they must be more hungry at the casino than me") on september 6th i deposited 26 dollars in bitcoin , now thay are like a robot i am sure i raely ever chat with areal person cause its the same answers even when i start the chat "as soon as possible means nothing i need a date " and as the chat goes on they ask for my bitcoin address cause so that my withdrawalcan be elevated , i did gave them my bitcoin address but its still my lite coin address showing in the withdrawal pending they havent been doing shit , the claim is they have problems with bitcoin bullshit and i ask myself they are fast to accept bitcoin deposit but withdrawals is where the problem is how convinnient, they are the nicest bots though they are extremely polite when they beat around the bush they say we are going to pay u i tell them off cause i do get mad like some of that make america great wwf fucking kkk anger , and im mexican but that type of mad i get and they are so nice but i had it i told them idont want to complain we can fix this and they are so nice i said f**k it i like to write here is my chance, im not racist im not angry i just want my money they want me and you out there to give in cancel the withdrawal and play the money but why would i if they aint paying after almost 3 months so do i throw it in the trash, they are betting on people to loose their cool snd do some shit like that , any ways, i hope i can get the help here,

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

verification is not the issue at all i have been told that as soon as made a 25 dollar deposit the team that process the payments will have my payout taken care of as soon as possible, i ask them to give me a date of when this will be cause i get fustrated that they keep bullshitting me around with no answer to my specific question, a date of when i can get my payout? as soon as possible is what ive been getting for weeks when the second time i made a deposit so that they can verify i am who i am i deposited 26 bit coin and i was supposed to have my payout as soon as possible but they where supposed to have been having problems with crypto but it has been taken care of so my payment was supposed to been escalated but they havent been doing nothing i am not a fool , on record is a litecoin address i gave them the first time i made a deposit , they told me weeks later that i actually needed a bitcoin wallet so i submited it weeks ago and when i check i just checked right no it has not been updated in the webpage my request still has the lite coin address , and they have asked my bitcoin address on two occasions saying they will escalade my request but they havent done nothing oif thaey had my lite coin address would not be there but my bitcoin address would be thare instead , idkif i explain myself,. im sure im not the only one with this problem though many dont take the time to complaint...

We would like to ask the Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

this is just another proof they dont give a f***, and thay laugh at the customers , i deposited 50 is there maybe a legal way to proceed many others have got the same treatment.

how do we learn? for all we do right and all we do wrong as civilians we get taxed all day late fees are not pardoned we get tickets we pay interests we learn cause of the consequences of not being responsible if we fall behing it is much harder with all them additional fees, casinos should not only be fun they should pay when their actions are sketchy cause some gamble for fun, maybe some do it for a living, who am i to judge , i only know that i don't get away with nothing everyone must pay, if another week is given for glc to respond than i must assume guru has taken a side, i don't want to give bad rep to no one if the casino is shady, let it be known if my claim is that glc have not a deadline to pay up, they dont follow and or give a proper time to pay and who represents me gives aditional time for the almighty casino to make a reply, that will not ever make, cause they will not admit what they do is con its robbing people, im a newbe when i found out this casino has no licence i did not know what that meant actually (i still do not know what that means will the casino be fined or closed for not having one or is it my fault for playing with criminals and gives the casino the right to not give one f*** about when they should pay, cause they dont have a license are they untouchable,? if i drive without a license i dont pay fines when i speed or run red lights,)

its not acceptable that as long as they dont deny me my winnings they get by, i refuse that, i cannot settle for that even if its only 20 dollars, .. NO effort has been made to give me a truthful reason and date schedule to be paid . if i asked for a loan to get my earnings on my believe that i would get my earnigs as soon as i deposited as a way to identify me as a real person and it was part of the promotion , is it the casinos responsability to pay the interest on that loan i got?? no! but it does happen and they should pay by being exposed only like that they will learn please if u really want to help , or represent the players dont give an extention to reply i dont expect guru to pay me i appreciate the platform , it easier for me to spot the con casino i never really believe or enjoyed casinos its a thin line but above that is a balance i want it to remain level for everyone when we win and loose

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but it appears they have stopped responding. There is not much that can be done now without the casino's cooperation. I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach.
