The player from Australia had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks before submitting this complaint. Their money had not been received yet. We had advised the player to wait for at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal, as it was a standard processing time. However, the player did not respond to our follow-up messages, leading us to the conclusion that we couldn't investigate further. Consequently, the complaint was rejected.

Need assistance. Getwin Casino (getwin.com), have had my withdrawal requests in "Pending" for over a week. And they do not respond to emails. Also, their alternate "affiliates" email address isn’t operative. I’d accidentally misplaced the decimal point when transferring Bitcoin to their site (the Coin I’d been saving for years for my Mum’s Huntingtons illness therapy). I haven’t done anything wrong (no bonus promotion issues or anything like that). Can someone please help.
