I played for a while and deposited several times, I didn't really win anything, a few times the balance went up to about 200e. it started to feel like the casino somehow limits winnings so that your balance doesn't get bigger. I have then tried to close my account in that casino, I haven't confirmed my account since I haven't won anything. they don't agree to close my account before I upload my documents to them, I don't understand why documents are needed if I want my account to be closed.
