The player from Nebraska had deposited $100 in GambleMaxCasino and won $975236. The player had initiated 10 smaller withdrawals three days prior but hadn't received any payments yet. He also had paid an additional $100 to become a VIP member for faster payouts. Despite our numerous attempts to contact GambleMaxCasino to resolve the player's issue, the casino had not responded. The player had not made any successful withdrawals from the casino in the past and was unfamiliar with the KYC verification process. We had marked this complaint as 'unresolved', which may have negatively affected the casino's rating.

I have deposited a total of $100 into gamblemaxcasino and I have winnings of $975236 which I made 10 smaller withdrawal 3 days ago and I haven't received a payment yet. This should be grounds to be sued and never to let someone like this open another fake casino. If we're allowing this bull sheet who is gonna be next? This place has scammed how many ppl already since it's opened with nothing happening so who the hell isn't doing their job huh 🧐😡

No I've had no successful withdrawal. I thought this was a legit site and no I don't know what kyc means, I haven't accumulated any funds from this site, I paid the 50 and another 50 so I could become vip like it states so you get paid faster and nothing. Just states pending which from other complaints on your Page that's all the further it gets

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
