Hey everyone! I want to clarify again that Fundalor is one of my favorite casinos, but I've had some issues with deposits, and it's frustrating. When you make a deposit, you're supposed to play it right away, or at least that's how I see it. On January 30th at 12:11 p.m., I made a deposit to Fundalor via Oxxo Pay. Fundalor says "immediate reflection" in the Oxxo Pay option, but I still haven't received my deposit. I contacted Fundalor, and they told me it could take up to 24 or 48 hours and that they don't accept my receipt as proof of payment. I contacted Oxxo, and they said it takes 24 to 48 hours on business days. Oxxo also says "immediate deposit." The deposit expires on February 1st, and the transfer number expires. What's going to happen to my deposit? Why aren't they being honest at Fundalor about deposits taking 24 to 48 hours to appear? If they were honest, I wouldn't be going through this...

Aquí de nuevo quiero aclarar que fundalor es uno de mis casinos favoritos pero si he tenido asa algunos contratoempo con los depósitos para jugar y frustra esa situación y que cuando uno hace un depósito es para jugarlo en el momento o por lo menos yo si .. el día 30 de enero a las 12:11p.m. hice un depósito en oxxo pay a fundalor en fundalor dice reflejo inmediato en la opción de oxxo pay hasta ahorita no he recibido mi depósito me comunico. Fundalor y me dicen que pueden tardar hasta 24 o 48 horas que no aceptan mi ticket como comprobante de pago me comunico. Oxxo y son 24 a 48 horas en días hábiles en oxxo también dice depósito inmediato el día 1 de febrero se caduca el depósito en fundalor y se vence ese num de transferencia que va a pasar con mi deposito porque no dicen la verdad en fundalor que son de 24 a 48 horas en reflejarse si fueran honestos uno no estuviera pasando por esto ....
