i am struggling to complete verification at this casino. I submitted my DL, and proof of address. The rep stated that I did not need a payment form since I was requesting the withdrawal by Bitcoin. However the finance department required this form which I returned. Another rep said I had to wait another 4 days for a response on top of the 4 days I had to wait for the first response. At this point it seems like I’m being gaslighted by this casino. I have $6749 USD outstanding in this casino that I need to withdraw.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.
