Yommi is a little green monster and he's on a mission to slurp up some delicious wins. This BGaming title is – interestingly – set in a house where everything is made of cardboard, making for a very unique backdrop.
In terms of the actual symbols, the game reminded us of a few other popular titles, like Reactoonz and Sweet Bonanza. The main symbols are sugary candies in different shapes and colors (like a red heart and a purple ring donut). Listen out for a quirky, upbeat soundtrack, which is the perfect fit for a little monster's adventures.
To trigger a win, you'll need at least seven of the same symbols touching each other in straight lines anywhere on the grid. The highest-paying symbol is the red and yellow candy, followed by the star, heart, and donut.
Once your win has been paid out, winning symbols magically disappear from the grid to be replaced by new ones and give you another chance to win.
Yommi Rush has Wilds, Multipliers, and Free Spins, so there are plenty of chances to trigger something special.
The Yommi symbol (a fluffy, green, one-eyed monster) acts as both the Scatter and the Wild. A maximum of four Yommi symbols can appear on the grid at any one time.
Each Yommi starts with a 1x Multiplier, and every time it's part of a winning combination, the Multiplier increases by 1x. After participating in all possible winning combinations, the special symbol will move from one position to a random available cell.
Three or more Scatters will get you into the bonus game, where you'll receive 12 free spins. During this special round, Yommi symbols stay on the grid and keep their Multipliers the whole way through.
Yommi Rush has a Return to Player (RTP) percentage of 96%, which is exactly in line with the industry average. The game has medium volatility, so wins don't tend to be very high, but they're relatively well spread out. Just keep in mind that medium volatility might make for slightly less exciting gameplay.
You can spin for a minimum of $/€/£0.20 per go, which is slightly higher than a lot of other slot games. The max bet is $/€/£25 – also lower than we usually see. The maximum amount you can win on Yommi Rush is quite modest, at 2,000x your stake amount.
The maximum win of 2,000x is a little low for our liking, especially with a maximum bet of just $/€/£25 per spin. But don't let that put you off – Yommi Rush still offers potential for wins. The theme is fun and quirky, so if you're looking for something light-hearted, it's a good choice. Perhaps the most impressive feature is the increasing Multipliers, and the Free Spins round doesn't hurt either.
