Hello, good day. I won a tournament and came in first place. I received an email asking me to reply to confirm my email address is active. My question is, do I just need to reply "thank you," or do I need to reply with something else?

Thank you in advance for your help.
Hola buen día, gane un torneo y quede en primer lugar, me llego un correo indicando que responda para confirmar que el correo esta activo, mi duda es si solo tengo que responder thank you, o tengo que responder algo mas

De antemano gracias por su ayuda.
That email is asking you to confirm your email address, so I’d reply with something like:
"Yes, I confirm that my email address is [your email address]."
You can copy and paste your address into the reply. Just make sure it’s the same email address you registered with on Casino Guru, as that’s important.🙂
Hello again with one last question. The tournament ended on September 17, 2026. In my case, the email to confirm my email address arrived on Wednesday, September 23 of this year. It gave me 7 days to reply, and if I didn't, I would forfeit my prize. I replied confirming my email address on September 28 of this year. Do I just have to wait for them to contact me again by email to receive the prize?
Why can't I get into the first two free tournaments right now? The machine just loads and updates, but doesn't stop. I'm really unhappy because I can't do anything in this situation either. I've never even been on Facebook, let alone any other community, so clear advice would be helpful. And when asked to share the results, I really don't even know how to do that.
Hello, I understand it's confusing. We are currently experiencing issues with the tournaments, and I cannot confirm which one is possibly running. However, when there is a problem, a note is placed on each tournament in question.
So, it actually depends on the current state. 🙂 At least for today.
To share the tournament, you have to finish it first and then share your results through the dedicated button. If you are not on social media, well, opt for the platform you use, please.
If you do not use any available sharing platform, then I guess you cannot share as intended.
Hi and thanks for the reply. I've tried sharing it and once I even got a thank you comment for sharing, even though I didn't even realize where and from where I saw it. I can still practice it, when there's nothing but time. I'm just afraid I'm messing something up irrevocably. Thanks again Radka 🙂

Hi and thank you back. 🙂
You inspired an idea. In my opinion this thread at least can contain more detailed guidance about sharing. As you perhaps noticed around the forum, please still copy and paste tournament links here on the forum, which is also not the way the feature was intended. So, I'll make a note to update this thread with such instructions.
Thank you for reminding me that. 🙌
Hello Casino Guru Support Team,
The tournament ended on September 17, and I received the confirmation email on September 23. However, as of today, October 13, I still haven't received my prize.
In four more days, it will have been one month since I received the confirmation email. Do I really have to wait for a full month or even longer to receive my prize?
Could you please clarify the expected timeframe for prize delivery and help me resolve this issue? I would appreciate an update on the status of my prize.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
