Sadly, it sounds like a legit reason to me. Maybe Amatic left the Austrian market, it's just speculation, but considering that German-speaking countries are the most regulated, it's simply not worth the effort to meet all the local requirements, no wonder some game providers stop offering their games in those countries. 🙁
Anyway, can you still play any Amatic games in other casinos?

I would check your mailbox for a registration confirmation email sent by the casino the moment you registered successfully. Because once you know the correct email address - the one used for registration - the "forgotten password" feature should work.
