I'll ask again, is the Trndbm you're talking about the same one I have on my Trndbe statement? What's their address?

I wrote the following, helpfully provided by someone else on the forum:

To whom it may concern,

It has come to my attention that you are transacting with illegal merchants that are unlicensed in the UK, and therefore in breach of a number of UK regulations.

I will be reporting this to HMRC, Action Fraud and the UK Gambling Commission in the next 7 days if you do not provide a full refund of all transactions back to me. 

My card number ends xxxx, to assist with matching up my account and payments.

Please respond to acknowledge this as soon as possible and provide any further details you need from me to get the refunds processed.
