A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Hey im new here but came across this site while back i could still view it even though wasnt signed up just couldnt message.

just wanted to message on here as noticed few people mention dsolpay/swipez and i actually got a refund from them in my bank couple hours ago. I first messaged them about 5 weeks ago and i was completely ignored, they still havnt messaged me to tell me, i also got inconact with czech national bank and sent them proff, and also Ombudsman (officially the Public Defender of Rights) these are all on there website on the complaints section says to contact them if u havnt had a response from them. I just sent them over proff even though they kept ignoring me.

hopefully that helps a few of you 🤞

Regarding E0000348, no one has achieved anything, right?

I have several businesses that do not respond, but the ones I would be most interested in are E0000348, Coinpacto and Inovocom

I have sent many emails to Coinpacto but they have never responded to me.

Sorry I couldn't be much more help but has to be one of them as tgere thee only people.i emailed and randomly ontroe was refunded

Is depasify linked to any other transaction names other than depasify do you know please

Nope, just them.

They're an EU company so should comply with refund requests. I just (politely) explained to them that the transaction was linked to a fraudulent casino that was operating illegally in my jurisdiction.

It took about a week for them to issue the refund and then a good few days for it to appear in my account.

Keep on at them.

Destream dont respons havent for 3 weeks

I have a few of them listed what you wrote struggling to fine them myself

They won't. They are well known now for ignoring complaints and requests for refunds. You will need to chargeback via your bank, report them to Cypriot authorities and anyone else you can find. Make sure you copy them in lol.

Nono, Sonect i mean

Sonect used to refund.

You need to point out that the transactions were linked to a fraudulent casino and you never received what you paid for.

They're EU company, so bound by EU laws.

Im sure forwarded then my first email i send dsopay after few weeks, then just added at bottom that i had been emailing them for awhile and there ignoring me, then i got email from cnb saying they have received my email then couple days later saying they have filed my case after initial checks and said it has been assigned to officer that would be in-contact within 35 days, they also gave me a refernce number.

i was honest and said wrong mcc codes.
