A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

HEY EVERYONE - COUPLE OF THINGS THAT MIGHT HELP>>>>>>>>>

1) If you're replying to someone, can you please use the 'quote' option, rather than just reply. It means your reply isn't just floating in the ether with no context. If you don't, people may have to run back numerous pages to see the original question. It WILL help people, mostly just by being more efficient.

2) Everyone who is having issues charging back transactions with Mastercard in the UK needs to complain to Mastercard UK. THEY are the problem, not the banks. If you're not aware, Mastercard immediately blocks any chargebacks if the original transaction was made with the intent of gambling. They don't care if the destination (casino), or the method of transaction (laundering) is fraudulent. Under their current chargeback regime they WILL NOT protect you. IF enough of us keep on at them and create enough noise, then get a ruling that we can chargeback these transactions, we can actually put an end to all of this stress that we are all under.

3) You can complain directly to Mastercard that their current chargeback rules are UNFAIR and are weighted in favour of the ILLEGALLY operating SCAM casinos. They are failing in their official, regularised responsibility to protect vulnerable users. COMPLAIN and then escalate to the Ombudsman.......

I'm checking out now for a bit...... PEACE X

Hi guys.

Does anyone have any information on payments that were made as bank transfers.

I have payments to "transfer op" large amount to them in various transactions, after reading this for weeks I had emailed TransferOp and they told me it essentially was not their problem.

I emailed again and did not get a response.

Can I try any other routes to get Money back? If anyone knows anything at all please if you could let me know thanks

For all those looking, Wexhype is 100% the below:

https://wexleylondon.com/

there are various reasons why, but I won’t explain them on here as most likely will cause them to alter things.

Good luck!

Has anyone here actually received their money back from Wexhype London? Or are they just ignoring all requests? Any update would be very helpful.
