Hi there, I've just had a casino come back and totally lie on a chargeback saying that i purchased skins for CSGO. None of the descriptors are remotely close to this. They also came back with a fake steam name and a fake email account, neither of which I have ever used.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Hi Has anybody had a direct refund from payop/transferop?? Or can this only be retrieved through chargeback? Contacted clear junction basically said funds have been used and nothing they can do.
