You have no chance with the FOS now with Revolut my reply was a load of bull ! the FOS must be getting soft now its probably that this whole thing has ran its legs and people are lucky to get anything now as its over saturated my bank has been amazing though to get them raised for a third time I cannot believe it but deffo not going to be a forth timr

I won my FOS cases against Revolut mate 😂 They just haven't given me the funds back yet. Seen when you can prove the bank clearly lied and ignored complaints it tends to work with FOS. Others maybe not but mine was quite specific.

I have gone through som older bank statements and noticed that deposits i’ve made with credit card to a few betting/casino websites with a Curaçao license just show random company names in countries like Kenya, Nigeria etc that barely show up when I google them.

This case was that Revolut raised chargebacks incorrectly initially - they were all denied. They then refused to let me raise them as Goods and Services not received despite full evidence. Went to FOS - FOS ruled they should be raised as Goods and Services and Revolut were told to raise them. They ignored multiple complaints and lied several times over Live Chat about their complaints email being defunct etc. FOS ruled again and determined that Revolut should pick up the bill if they weren't willing to chargeback. This was not anything to do with Mystake BTW.

You dont deal with them - that's the key. They will just provide copy and paste nonsense. You need to go chargeback route or deal with the merchants. If its passed that period as is the case for me then you need lawyers and Investigators-even then they will still ignore so we are now at Mastercard and Europol stage. Anyone even considering playing with this group needs to think again - they can and will steal balances.

They are a disaster mate - on their reddit and seen someone has been given access to someone else's bank account from another country by Revolut - tells you all you need to know.

Hi all,

I’ve just initiated chargebacks against goldenbet (dsolpay, softpulse solutions, inpics, exotrx, adpoint business solutions, and wexhyp) via Revolut. Currently claiming because I didn’t know weren’t uk licensed, they charged me via third party merchants, misrepresented MCC and charged me in diff currency and diff amount.


its hard to read through everything here but I get the jist that won’t work but people know a way that does (contacting those listed above maybe?). Could anyone provide me with the best way of getting a refund please?

Just put the subject as urgent refund request and write to them as


i am seeking immediate refund since these transactions have by passed the banking rules (mcc code) etc and just say I kindly ask you for these transactions to be refunded immediately
