A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

It is all doable, but the key is to think outside the box.

Pick a route, commit to it.

Do not be too concerned if rejected, work on looking at what you can do to then make the complaint bulletproof in case it does go FOS etc.

Yeah, it's the FOS that is key for me now.

Starling have refused chargebacks as gambling, then refused further chargebacks as gnr, for different transactions as they 'know' they're gambling lol.

Both are now with FOS.

I think I've found a couple of older FOS cases where they've upheld gambling chargebacks against Mastercard, so hopefully that will be enough along with my other evidence.

I would still be playing on the fact they cannot be gambling as you are on gamstop and have blocks on.

Get FOS to ensure the bank provide evidence and just deny it was gambling.

I give a proof and Revolut still declined. Useless bank what can I say.

Here is the problem. It genuinely depends who looks at your case in Revolut - wild deviations. They will also lie constantly about things so screenshot EVERYTHING - every conversation, email etc.

Do you have any idea what I can do if a cryptocurrency platform called Swapped is helping a casino called Jackbit and letting a player deposit funds even though that casino is illegal in the player's country. Is there anything I can do?

Not true. I've raised 9 chargebacks over the course of 4 months equating to 40k. 8 out of 9 successful. And it was my error for the chargeback that was unsuccessful as I mentioned gambling

Anyone know anything about Transferop payment gateway?

Not sure what you mean by "not true?" - that is your experience. My point highlights that there are huge variances when dealing with them - some successful, some unsuccessful for exactly the same thing. It depends who you speak to at Revolut. There is zero consistency.

It means if you are blaming Revolut you didnt paint a good pucture and raised them wrong.

If only that was true mate - you will see soon enough in your media outlets how bad they are.....

I did not raise any wrong for the record and Revolut were found in court to have breached regulations - so no point telling me that they are this amazing bank who always do things right!

That sounds to me like you mentioned gambling. Thats exactly why you failed. I've experienced every chargeback option going. I originally failed on wrong mcc so I changed my approached and ever since used goods not received as this is true and falls inline with mastercard rules. They were all successful.

Completely wrong. All raised the correct way - 3 accepted, 3 rejected. Reported them to authorities in Ireland - rejected 3 were suddenly paid after many many lies.

It annoys me when people blame the bank. Monzo are probably the worst bank to deal with and I've still had successful chargebacks. So yeh. I will tell it how it is. It's how you raise them. You must cover every angle so you aren't questioned back and rejected.

You had a good experience with them - I and many others did not. The guy I know who used to post here had to go to FOS twice and had both cases accepted - they still havent paid him, he is UK. The bank have massive links to unlicensed casinos and payment providers as well. As a snippet - they are Quickbit's(who own numerous sub companies) bank and also directly offer payment services on many Santeda casinos. Conflict of interest or what???

It isn't mate - you keep believing that if you like. I have active evidence of lies and deceit from them as do many others - I'm sure you will see it soon enough in UK press.....

So you got 6 out 6 complete successful. Case closed my friend. Nothing is easy in these cases... you should be telling people to keep pushing and if they put in the effort with Revolut, they will be successful.

Just because it was good for you doesn’t mean it’s good for everyone. Revolut and monzo easily the worst for it. Revolut even look in on the scam

This forum is absolutely ridiculous now. People arguing and constantly replying to each other. No one cares about these childish squabbles
