A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Its called reverse psychology. I've already seen your emails trying to charge people so going to put 2 and 2 together on this one.

So by me charging people to help them is reverse psychology to actually get them to help me? 🤣 okay bozo

Forum seems to be taking a turn the last few weeks…..

Just to clarify for any newbies - you don’t need to pay anyone majority is in here already, most people also help for free, do not pay, people charging are scumbags considering the situation everyone is in.

Any site without a UK licence is illegal, do not play as the chances of getting paid out are low and even then if you get paid you will lose it again or if you win big they won’t pay out.

Despite all the help on here you will need to put the work in, don’t expect to just send an email and be refunded. If you play it right and sensible you will regain all card deposits either via 12.7 or good not received.

No by consistently being the first to comment negatively about Falcora Finance whenever someone mentions a refund, you’ve clearly been trying to plant a seed. You’re hoping someone responds and confirms that a refund is possible, giving you the vital information you need to turn around and charge people for it. That’s textbook reverse psychology and it’s the missing piece in your puzzle, just like many others.

I’m all for helping people, but I don’t agree with charging them unless you’re a qualified professional. And to be clear, you’re not.

Mate I’m telling them the truth about Falcora finance. You want me to sit there and lie to them? Someone has commented saying they had a refund from Falcora finance before but then they went ghost and never said anything else. I’m really not trying to get payments back from Falcora… you’re a weird little guy

Think I'll have to come away from here soon aswell. It's a shame but too many people abusing the information already available. I just hope people can open their eyes and spot the wrongens.

It’s draining, repeating the same information over and over again. I understand sometimes people want to check directly but no one wants to actually put in the work. Then that leads to chancers charging which is just low life.

Its just not worth being on here nowadays, I have shared stuff via email to them have people accuse me of lying or questioning how I have certain information (all provided for free as well haha)

I have left a load on here for others to hopefully assist, I did consider removing most of the stuff as people are clearly getting the information to charge others and likely will stay on another week or two, but it’s just gone really rubbish on here.

On the flip side, Radka already mentioned they’re constantly being spammed and pressured to censor this forum which explains why the quality has gone downhill. It’s clear casino plants are working hard behind the scenes, and in the comments, to deliberately bring it down.

That just proves the information we’ve all shared here is hitting a nerve and actually making an impact. If it wasn’t effective, they wouldn’t be trying so hard to silence it. So that’s at least one big positive to take from all of this.

Agreed I also think many have had refunds then not relapsed as a few names have disappeared quietly over the months. It clearly works as people have had refunds, there are two really good options presented as well and I think a few people have laid out risks with both. Ideally the forum wouldn’t have any users as we all get money back, no relapses and these sites are blocked somehow.

Just a reminder, everyone - this isn’t about genuine gambling losses. I’ve got no issue losing money on legitimate, licensed platforms where the risks are clear and the rules are fair.

What we’re dealing with here is something entirely different: a coordinated network engaging in fraudulent activity. That’s a huge difference and it’s important we keep calling it out for what it is.

Has anyone ever started a telegram group for this sort of stuff? So guys can keep each other updated and give tips on their cases?

This is 100% correct and the point I made to Barclays when one handler was out of order asking why I did it and why should someone be liable for my loses, spent 10 minutes explaining the legality and bypassing of blocks - Barclays gave me a small extra amount of compensation for this behaviour and have now raised all under 12.7

Also correct in saying these are proper criminals and will 100% be linked to multiple other money laundering operations.

Hi, did you solve anything? Revolut refused my appeal even though I had proof that this merchant is not from Prague.

Make sure on the DSAR you request the MCC used and any evidence they have that it was gambling.

They cannot deny this information, then the MCC will not gambling and you will have a very strong case with FOS.

Thanks for all this info chap. Really appreciate it.

Not been around for a few days so will catch up with it all today.

Thanks again.

It is all doable, but the key is to think outside the box.

Pick a route, commit to it.

Do not be too concerned if rejected, work on looking at what you can do to then make the complaint bulletproof in case it does go FOS etc.

You want to see the amount of texts I get from the casinos 5 a day if not more many of the sites I am blocked on such as Goldenbet, Basswin and RichyLeo. Keep messaging despite successful chargebacks as well which is bizarre

Bots, unfortunately.

I still get texts, emails, phonecalls etc from sites I've been blocked at.

I doubt they ever update the mailing lists, just load more contact details as they become available.

Once I've got all my money back I'm changing my number and binning the associated email address 😎
