A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

When I relapsed, my head was somewhere else and I joined a dodgy casino, deposited via flexepin.

I could never remember what site it was so contacted flexepin, to confirm where the vouchers were used. They gave me the casino name. When I contacted the casino, they said I had never registered with them. Just goes to show what these guys are like! Obviously can't request a refund because the vouchers are non refundable.

A question, when you dispute goods not received and the bank asks you to clearly explain what the product was, what do you tell them?

because I don't know what to tell you

Gambling vouchers are illegal in the UK and most EU countries. Report whoever has sold them to your card issuer. Kinguin still sell vouchers for scammers who stole everyone's balances and shutdown a previous site - Betbeard shutdown and a new site was opened called Galaxybet.

Research the merchant, see what they are supposedly selling, say you ordered that on their site but they provided no receipts and no goods.

That's rubbish I think they must of had to many people asking for refunds and decided to say no now same thing happens to them all at some point they decide to say no or don't reply I'm not sure what else you can do now apart from contact your bank but if anything like mine they point blank refuse to even entertain chargebacks nevermind transfers.

You only receive a generic response from falcora finance if they do respond

This is the response I got but the banks won't touch it in my experience so it's all cool saying contact the bank but it's also a way to get rid of people like us.file

It is not the gambling providers who are doing this, it is the payment service providers. Miscoding is a practice widely used, outside of gambling too.

It will just be ignored by the Curacao licencing board as it is not their duty to check on such things.

Am a former banker.
