A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Did anyone ever get a refund from terrvers

Not directly, bank have raised a small one £40 for me via Chase but still a while to go on that.

If Terragamine is linked to them which I think it is then I have had the chargeback but no idea if they will challenge but Barclays have done it under 12.7/13.5 so it should fail if they do contest

And does anyone know how long it takes swipez to respond after they ask for bank statements?

I’ve had a look for that terragamine but can’t find any company for it

Angliabet was for me

So I may be wrong but there are a few options one email bounces back the other sends but these add up to the usual gaming operations - https://www.letsterra.com/

[email protected]

[email protected] - can’t find the website now but they supplied gambling software to the industry

I do however think they are linked to Terraverse due to the name.

Cheers, looks like it’ll be a chargeback job. Swipez.eu isn’t responding to me now either about E000348

Dustyd

I may be incorrect but I think Swipez only relates to 0000480 not the other digit ones that seem to appear.

I would link them to terraverse so gainkit.com - State the games are called Dota 2 and general Steam games should get it over the line for you on goods not received if going that route, also create a Steam account as if challenged you can provide counter evidence that nothing was received

okay sound I appreciate it. I saw someone post a few days ago and Swipez emailed them about E000480 and said they are not linked to them.

I saw that too, I had a refund from them as did others potentially they are denying it now. But there is an avenue for goods not received, none of mine used 3ds for visa not sure if yours did but you can go that route with bank, also you can screenshot your email on their website showing you are not registered with them. They a financial company, tell bank you put card details in and no account was opened therefore you want to chargeback.

Okay cheers mate. Much appreciated. The worst one for me is pulsion processing. Bank won’t go near them and chargeback been delined twice now. So that money is lost for good. I’ve put a complaint in as the merchant code they used was actually a gambling one which was odd

I haven’t had any dealings with them but have seen them come up on here. The banks need to do more to assist they should never reject a chargeback from us as we are all giving them correct information

Just wondering since people here are discussing chargebacks etc and companies taking payment on behalf of betting sites , if perhaps if we all uploaded any email addresses that we have linked to any of the transactions it might help het some of our money back.

I can start. There are many transactions associated with 22bet.com

For example

Globalfin.uk their email address is [email protected]

Papertrailmedia.de their email address is [email protected]

Apps4U

Email address as [email protected]

Gametid.com

Email address is [email protected]

Ownrwallet

Email address is [email protected]

Does anyone know the email address for the transactions listed as

My city office or quantum or glfi
