A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Just got mail from FOS, no help at all :s

"Here at the ombudsman, we deal with a wide range of complaints about financial services against businesses which are regulated in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority. Unfortunately, from the issues you’ve raised, it doesn’t look like your complaint is something we would look into. This is because the business you’ve complained about is not covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service.

As your complaint is against Revolut UAB, you will need to take your complaint to the Bank of Lithuania as they are the regulators. This was mentioned in the final response letter issued by Revolut UAB."

Yeah I am a bit confused as to why you went to FOS? You have the equivalent in Sweden do you not? Finansinspektionen?

No harm now

They were oddly nice and helpful… suspicious but I did not question it!

It wasn’t when it first started. It was for people who had spent money with casinos who were never going to pay out winnings. Santeda and the likes always paid me out at first until I hit big and they refused. That’s how I got my chunk back. I have experience in banking so know how to deal with companies where we know their correct details so have been able to help loads. I posted about KTM. WEBMOSAC. APPERATOR just to name a few bud

Well you may be helpful but its just the way your posts came across seemed very unhelpful if even the moderator stepped in im not wanting to keep on with this anyway bit tired of the whole thing to be honest as I said im out of here soon just seemed a bit odd what you said looking at your post history and casino reviews and complaint open but no point going on about it as its finished now

1000000% if you sent from your Revolut crypto wallet you will not get it back. Sure Revolut have a specific disclaimer on all crypto payments.

Crypto sites generally are a grey area- that's why they can advertise in the UK even though they don't have a licence here - see most EPL teams strips for instance! Be very difficult to prove licencing issues. Only ones I have ever seen anyone have success is with a self exclusion type issue.

What I meant is I should have used my main bank that I have had for years.

The crypto deposits weren't on revolut. The revolut ones were straight up fast bank transfers to a gambling site in a false name 'falcora finance' yet there still not budging. I'm going to take them all the way though.

Looking for your posts about Webmosac in particular- are the still posted here? That said, I'm sure I would have seen them. I've tried contacting them directly but have had no response whatsoever.

Yeah Revolut are a pain - no doubt on that. Thankfully never paid any bank transfers to these sites- always card, but Payop then started getting involved as well and have never actually been able to get anything from them but got all the rest back. Good luck with it.

Hello

Do you have any email to apperator?

I have tried everything to Connect with the owner of this made up company from scotland..

I have found 3 websites connected to apperator but no funds back

it wasn’t aimed at you personally but I can see why you took it that way. When I first started on this thread it was maybe 3/4 weeks old and it was all about helping each other by posting as much info as you could about merchants and now it’s not like that which is a shame but I can see how it will help to share experiences

The correct webmosaic is the designhuntco and the [email protected]

if they reply to you, you should receive a refund. Just badger them every single day and get AI to write you a legal letter to them

There is no point - it's the same copy and paste email everyone gets.

What Compliance Agent sent you this? Was it Katherine or Kate?

Ah good old Katherine!! This person isn't actually called Katherine...its just "more authentic" when dealing with English speaking players.
