A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I mean most of us here in this forum play only in those type of casinos because we can chargeback. We are not even on gamstop but we still use them because it is essentially free and it is all because of casino guru. So let's not complain about guru 😀

I reckon anything past 5 months using this forum to find information to chargeback is a clear sign they are free rolling. The timeframe for chargebacks are 4 months so thats a good indicator. Silly though as they should learn you will never win from these dodgy casinos. It's more of a headache than anything. Soon I hope to be clear of this mess once and for all.

So 5 posts only on the entire forum then you talk about freerolling? Genuinely, you sound exactly like someone from one of said casinos. In some way here to sidetrack the real meaning of the thread.

Just to clarify: I haven’t raised a chargeback, and I’m not trying to free-roll. My concern isn’t about getting money back — it’s about the lack of transparency when players submit factual, well-documented complaints and they’re quietly rejected by platforms like Casino Guru.

If they want to promote these sites, fine — but there should also be room for honest warnings when things go wrong. When reviews and complaints are filtered or blocked, it makes it really hard to know what (or who) to trust. Especially for people new to these sites who don’t understand the risks.

It’s not about blaming Guru — it’s about asking for more balance if they’re going to act as a player resource. That seems fair, no?

Just because I have a life and I don't have time to do 38 pages worth of posts like you have, doesn't mean I can't be honest

Definitely a visitor from one of the scam sites then. At least you can count how many pages people have created I suppose.
