A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

All the best getting it back - hopefully they see all of the issues in the media and refund you. I’m hoping to go down that route with the TERRVERS with rbs - only around 2.2k but I feel awful. I’ve not gambled in years until the last 2 months, this forum has been such a help and made me realise they are just absolute scum so I haven’t deposited in weeks since seeing all of this.

managed to get Webmosac & E000 refunded by the bank so far without any questions asked with all of the evidence I sent over

Any opinions on the feasibility of claiming all payments directly from Visa?

Almost impossible. They will tell you to go via your bank.

Is it possible to get chargebacks processed after the 120 day period (MasterCard)? I’m speaking with Revolut currently and I disputed the transactions at the time as they were miscoded but I mistakenly put unauthorised when I meant I didn’t recognise the merchants listed but knew they were related to the dodgy casinos bypassing restrictions by claiming to be crypto sites etc.

How do I best argue my case?

I was told by starling that they can't process chargebacks or the likes after 120 days, but they have been no help to me whatsoever even with any within 120 days.

It’s strange, these digital banks you’d think would be more progressive with cases like these but are actually the least help. 😩

Faq solutions and concord market are merchants used by nikotpf payment processor however there is no contact details anywhere for these companies in fact concord market are dissolved. I've emailed al the casinos for refunds but heard nothing back, pixeleum my biggest merchant says they can't refund as they no longer process payments so what do I do now.

Tell me about it, my high street bank refunded me around 15 disputes but have closed my accounts after due to breach of T&C's. I honestly hope that whatever happens with the MasterCard/visa news investigation means we get automatic refunds.

My bank had sent it to the complaints team, so not too sure what’s going on with it, when I spoke to them on the phone they said it sounded more like a complaint. My bank are useless at keeping me updating, didn’t even find out it was with the complaints team until I rang up
