Digikey don’t respond, need to do a chargeback against them to get money back

wbmsc have come back and said that they have no record of me based on the information i provided. i sent them statements clearly showing wbmsc on my transaction list but they have refused to do anything

no they just told me to initiate a chargeback through my bank, but they are transfers so obviously monzo wouldn’t help.
