A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Have you contacted the bank yet Paul ? I waited the 30 days and contacted them to be told no - it’s not always a good sign - I’m currently waiting for a response to a complaint raised now - should hear back by the 9th April

Hello no not yet its only just past 30 days too soon from past experience its a good few days after the deadline they settle it but there sounds something off with your matter anytime I lost the bank wrote and told me right away they had lost, one time was after about 10-14 days

Ye I received the letter about a week after the 30 days - but I already knew the answer because I rang the bank of day 31 🙈 as far as I can see though the merchant didn’t send any new information to the bank about the pre arb - but my bank still rejected it so I’m waiting for the bank to show me what the merchant sent back about the pre arb and I’ve an open complaint

Hey everyone!

Does anyone know anything about:

- H.Pierson Associates IKOYI

- XPOWERSLIDE TALLINN

I can find the basic information on them, they don't seem to reply. Wondering if anyone has a way of digging deeper to get a bit more info.

I'd really appreciate it.❤️🙏

Hi

i just wanted to provide an update on my actions since I’ve been quiet on here.

i have made contacts with a number of journalists in the UK in order to bring this issue to light. It needs widespread coverage one way or another in order for everyone to benefit. It is all good when people receive refunds but banks with the same card issuer are being handled differently and this is not good.

fintelegram have also published an article on this in more detail. Please have a read and I encourage anyone to share some info if they feel comfortable. I will report info anonymously and this will be guaranteed throughout

Ye I’ve requested all my GDPR information from them to see what exactly happened with the pre arb stuff - cause when they rejected it - they just sent the exact same merchant information and I was under the impression that the merchant had to come back with new information for the pre arb to be rejected again - so I’ve the complaint open anyway
