A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Interesting, mine was actually July and August.

I did send an email to everyone involved in the company, we'll see what happens.

Isn't it separate card transactions? and they refund each and everyone?

Or did you do one £3500 and one £4000?

If it's several smaller transactions, they generally need to be processed one and one, so can take time.

Hope you get it all back anyways.

I wish rustedraid would respond or refund. But nothing so far.

***NOTICE TO ALL ******

would you all be happy to have a teams meeting where we could get together and discuss what companies refund and how we’ve gone about it. That way maybe I can collate a spreadsheet of how to contact / what to say to help anybody else stuck in the gambling hell of these casinos if so please let me know and I’ll look at creating and email address to give out?

As suspected, the reverted transactions for Ticketzone and Ewave was declined by Revolut.

I have now asked them about merchant information, as I never really wanted to make a chargeback, but it was the only option given to me. I also asked them if they have no responsibilities when it comes to consumer protection in terms of incorrect transactions, if they have no obligations to report these incorrect transactions to Visa etc etc. Most likely will not get any proper reply but anyways.

Lucky you made most if not all your transactions through the same place. Was it just losses or did you manage to make any withdrawals too? `I almost feel a little bad for when I have made some withdrawals and get refunds, but not really.

Have you had any reply from wintermads? They were replying to me initially and once I sent them my documents as they requested I haven't heard a thing, it's been 3 weeks now, but they seem to be replying and refunding others that contacted them more recently
