A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

No, but would be interested to find out how easy the process to get the transactions reverted on Revolut, as that's where most of mine came from! Thanks

Yea, the things is I have not made any charge back claims.

I have just asked the merchants I could reach for a refund and they processed a refund/revert.

So I wouldn't call it abuse in any way, I asked nicely, and they did.

But we'll see what happens now.

Can I ask how old your transactions were?

Those of you who have reported the transactions to your bank (Swedbank), how long did it take before the bank returned to your matters?

I got email yesterday and received it in the bank this afternoon

maybe not spend it all until you know the chargeback is cleared and finished. Chargebacks can take a couple of weeks, and some banks will prepay you.

I have a (regular) chargeback case with Swedbank that I filed on April 9, haven't heard anything from Swedbank yet. It may take 90 days.

Oh. 90 days! Damn.

But how does it work, they say, or how does the process work when you make a chargeback?

It wasn’t a chargeback I filed a report directly with the company

You log in to your bank. Looking forward to advertise purchase/withdrawal. You press in, then you get options such as if you made the transaction YES/NO yourself. Then you can fill in whether you were allowed to stay or not. You can also write in a box and explain what happened. You then choose whether you need the money immediately or after the investigation.

You should really be able to advertise ALL your transactions. Because you have to fill in if you have done "business" with the company. And you don't do that, it's a 3rd party.. I'm actually thinking of booking a meeting with the bank and going ALL in.. explain everything.. How they manipulate codes, how they take advantage of gambling addicts, that they refuse to take gambling responsibility seriously . Yes, you can spice it up as much as you want.. gambling addiction is classified as a disease in Sweden, so it might work out. Will think about this for a while

yes, there are a few different ways to put it up, don't know which is best.

Theoretically, I think it's crazy that it doesn't work, because we haven't done business with these companies.

How can we keep track of transactions when the casino's name is not written? If you do many at different casinos, different names all the time, etc. Just in this way, you should be able to advertise. But I think what makes it a little more difficult may be that it has been going on for a long time and you haven't "noticed" anything until now.

I think the biggest advantage now is that probably one's name, email, phone number, cards are hopefully blocked on most casino sites like this now, so it makes it harder for one to continue playing.

That together with watching casino streamers, who rip so damn much all the time makes it easy, the ordinary people think of twitch type. Feels like it's 6 days rip, then 1 day that goes a little bit well for a while. That's roughly how it feels when you play yourself too. It's not worth it anymore.

Has anyone had any dealing with Mobilumpay through Goldenbet? Looking for contact details etc. but there seem to be a few companies with the same/similar names, so not sure which is the one I'm after. Any assistance much appreciated!

Goldenbet is owned by Santeda BV.

Contact their support direct explaining that the transactions were made illegally. They will try to say they are not responsible but if you keep on at them they will relent and eventually Santeda will acknowledge, relent and refund you. This is from my Personel experience with them.

There is nowhere in the payment process where we as customers are notified that we are now doing "business" with someone else other than where we entered our card numbers. That is, at the casino. They also sign that payments are made via Master/Visa cards. I'm really keen to make an appointment with the bank

Thanks for this, I realise that not all cases will be the same but keen to get as much info as possible on how you achieved it? Timescale, approach, emails sent etc etc. If you had time to fire me more information it would be very much appreciated. If not, no worries! My email is [email protected] if you're willing and able to reach out

Thanks again!
