A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Hi all, so the bank originally rejected 3 of my charge backs but have now gone on to temporarily refund 31 of them ( total of 50 put through) . The merchant was NIKOTPF FINTECH FC - have any of you had them dispute this during the charge back period?

Also ive put through more today for finnart.io but got an instant rejection so I'm going to dispute tbese as this is autogenerated and what the dispute team told me to do when I called up.

Have any of you had any successful chargebacks with these merchants and had and them try and dispute them if so? I went down the wrong mcc route

Barclays didn’t like that I put in so many requests In through the app, so they blocked my account but let me access money etc, said the account is being reviewed for 15 days, in hindsight I probably should’ve just gone into branch or called up to report them. I haven’t done it as a fraud I’ve reported them as a transaction I recognise but for a service not received! I’ve been honest with them from the outset re gambling, just hope they don’t close my account etc! I’ve explained that I needed some advice so I’m hoping it gets resolved soon! Got about 45 letters through the post last week from Barclays as each request is dealt with separately haha!

Yeh same for visa, they just try their luck sometimes without even adding new supporting evidence. I think its a month max but not entirely sure.

Go through complaints, from what others state on here Revolut are terrible. Only way to potentially chargeback on money transfer is the new rules from October 2024 around scams, I have some ongoing with Artstrid which are being charged back via Chase. So it can be done.

I would request to know on what basis goods not received is being denied.

Yeah what can we do with this information?

Hard work - From what I read Revolut must be acting in conjunction with them as other banks will usually put goods not received through. I would definitely try complaints they have to log it as per FCA guidance, as there is financial loss. Nowhere on Mastercard does it say digital art is excluded from chargebacks, keep at them and keep on with goods not received. I still have around 15 days left on mine with Chase but it is definitely doable to raise them.
