A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I have two active chargebacks at Revolut where the merchants have disputed… Would be very interesting to know what they have said. They are still open so I dont know what the outcome will be.

Really? Interesting. Whatever it is will be some kind of lie. Lets face it, these companies are committing fraud already...whats to suggest that they won't do the same. Most banks in the UK will share the evidence with the person now though for transparency - not sure how it works in Sweden.

I reckon they chance it with Revolut as they partner with these sites for payment methods

Ok, so this is Revolut and they have not shared any details. Had one on my regular bank also a couple of months ago that disputed, and was also only informed about it and then got a message the bank had decided to my favour.

The merchants who have dispute are Getmygamekey and CSskinspro.

So Getmygamekey are similar to Kinguin - absolute criminals. CSskinspro would need to provide evidence of the purchases..... be interesting to see how this turns out.

Hi all, sorry to just jump on this post, there's alot to catch upon in here so I'll just ask the questions I'd like to know if someone could help please.

Are people in here asking for refunds after loosing the money gambling on these scam sites or have they genuinely had money stolen?

I'm on gamstop and have fell victim to these sites and have lost quite a bit. Stupidly did my research on these websites after.

Would the first port of call to be try and dispute the payments with my bank? Here are a list of shell companies slotmonster have used to take my money:

100% get them disputed - Goods and Services not received. You need to email all the merchants first though and gather evidence.

I have a few sknmgnt on my bank using Kinghills

Even though I lost the money gambling I can still dispute because what they are doing is wrong and illegal? What would I say in an email to the merchants?

Exactly. The process of them collecting funds is highly illegal, money laundering type stuff. They shouldn't be accepting players from the UK so you need to do all you can to try and get it back.

Read through the thread - base your questions to merchants on products and services. Say you haven't received them.

Did you manage to get some money back?

Okay thank you. Will try my best. I take it contacting the casino itself it pointless?

Also can these casinos be rigged? Have dodgy software which makes the bonus payouts and RTP terrible? I must of had 100+ bonuses and struggle to get more than £30!

Sorry for all the questions

Some do but those with a Curacao licence(a real GCB or Curacao E-Gaming one) will most likely not have dodgy software. What they are doing is illegal though.
