I truied with my two banks - both declined


’I have reviewed your case and regrettably, we won't be able to process a chargeback on your behalf on this occasion. 


The reason for this is that the Mastercard chargeback guide states the following, 


For transactions in which value or assets are purchased for gambling, investment or similar purposes: This chargeback right is only available for a transaction in which the purchased value or assets failed to appear in the account agreed to between the cardholder and the merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, chargeback rights are not available for


1. refunds, withdrawals or transfer requests,

2. terms and conditions or account access,

3. winnings, gains or losses, or

4. use or subsequent use.


As the transactions were for an asset for investment or a similar purpose and the funds you spent on the goods/services were credited to the merchant meaning that the transaction was successful, we have no grounds to dispute the transaction(s) regardless of whether you lost access to the account or are unable to withdraw. ‘

How much did ninewin refund you ? I will just need to get the bank to raise the chargebacks if they do not reply I sent it Sat morning but they make out they are closed weekends I would have thought they would have blocked the account by now or something what email address did you use ? of coarse God can help he has so much already for me but im tempted to try to win it back ?

Please, stop. Even if you win it back you will loose it next day, next week, next month. Just from reading your posts everyone can see you have an EXTREME and severe addiction and you lie to yourself and others every day that you will not gamble anymore.

By continue raising chargebacks you have already passed the limit to that it is YOU that commit the fraud. I wish the casinos and merchants all bad, and hope you will be succesful but this behaviour can lead to legal repricausions against you, if you dont stop gambling and continue to raise chargebacks. Now.

You are not alone Paul -I dont know your situation but I have been a gambling addict for 20 years and have about 200k euro in debts. I know how it feels. You should as soon as possible search professional help for your addiction. Even if you win 10 millions, you will in a couple of years have lost it all and have double the amount in debts. Just stop gambling -people like us will never win even when we win.

Im the same Betty in and out of debt in a loop got about £25000 now I know what you mean about keeping going till you lose it all but it always gets us I spoke to gamcare an hour on Sunday ive been referred not heard anything yet though
