A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I read back in some other posts about people dealing with payop. Spend some time and read through the 228 page forum here. You'll find many resources and people explaining their experience. Hope this helps..

Hi ugsbit;

Sorry I missed this! Once my refund is back on my card, I'll come back and give you all the info I used - just to make sure. I can't remember which casino I used..

If your in the UK and used Payop you need to contact them in Canada as their UK entity was dissolved in 2022. This actually means they had no legal right to accept funds to a UK account as they would have lost their FCA status. Regardless - Payop are another who don't reply. They actually have an auto-respond now about chargebacks.

Who is the casino behind Falcora Finance?

If you are sending money to Casino A but your bank transaction is coming up as another company (Falcora Finance- not very casino sounding). Then is this not straight up money laundering and so tantamount to fraud?

A new UK regulation came into effect in October stating banks must refund fraud victims (you can do your own research on this).

No idea on the validity of this, just putting out as food for thought.

Golden bet and rolletto are behind these transactions to Falcora finance.

I’m trying to contact noda pay but they’re not bothered so I’ll probably go to fos.

quickbit are denying resposnibility r.e fomiline as well

Ok, so can you not speak to your bank about whether this is fraud and whether you could be entitled to a refund?

Can i please have the template you used?

It doesn’t relate to gambling specifically, it relates to fraud.

The onus is on the claimant to prove the casino is committing fraud.

I truied with my two banks - both declined

’I have reviewed your case and regrettably, we won't be able to process a chargeback on your behalf on this occasion.

The reason for this is that the Mastercard chargeback guide states the following,

For transactions in which value or assets are purchased for gambling, investment or similar purposes: This chargeback right is only available for a transaction in which the purchased value or assets failed to appear in the account agreed to between the cardholder and the merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, chargeback rights are not available for

1. refunds, withdrawals or transfer requests,

2. terms and conditions or account access,

3. winnings, gains or losses, or

4. use or subsequent use.

As the transactions were for an asset for investment or a similar purpose and the funds you spent on the goods/services were credited to the merchant meaning that the transaction was successful, we have no grounds to dispute the transaction(s) regardless of whether you lost access to the account or are unable to withdraw. ‘

I actually didn't use a template. I wrote them. It's better if you don't.. think about it.. everyone sending them the same thing? They'll just ignore you.. that's my theory anyways.

Pixeleum and finart.io have said they are investigating a refund. Had nothing back after three weeks. I won a chargeback against wintermads for £1000 and lunu.io refunded me £1500 after I asked. Elegro (Nikopft) have said in order to process a refund my bank must get in contact with them. Any advice for pixeleum would be great.
