A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

which transactions where under paystack?

It's been a good couple of days...refunded transactions from Addontopia after a couple of emails. Then some successful chargebacks by Revolut...unfortunately the majority of the transactions with Revolut are with Mobilumpay and Wintermads who they're refusing to process! Anyway it's money I wouldn't have had and as someone else said the biggest win is stopping playing on these sites!

In my case, they usually responded within 24 hours. Always the same story. Once they wanted to take a closer look, but then suddenly the same answer again.

Congrats on the refunds. If you don’t mind me asking why would Revolut not process the chargebacks

For Wintermads they claim it's a money transfer due to the 'purchase' of nfts, so they say they can't chargeback under the rules.

As for Mobilumpay we've been around the houses, first I hadn't provided evidence I'd tried to resolve it, after 5 attempts they accepted I had tried to resolve it, but have now just rejected it nor specifying why.

I'm guessing they're making it hard as the total transactions are substantial and if one went through it might open the floodgates. I'll still keep trying though...just to annoy them!

Can someone please give a example of email wrote to payment providers/bank/revolut etc.

And how to google some companies ? For me they are not avalible to find via google

There's a link to a page someone made with contact details of merchants etc a example of letters which was on page 112 of the thread. I think one of the admin reposted it a while ago...they might be able to do it again. The thread being so long makes it difficult to find.

I've found that I've not been able to find many merchants...probably because they only exist on paper, they aren't legitimate companies so no need for them to have websites etc.

What companies are you looking for?
