A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Pellopay is linked to Impaya. Just look it up on FinTelegram. They haven’t actually done anything, though — well, apart from threatening me 😅

I haven't, others have. They point blank refused me. Kept passing it off to others.

consoletitans/CNSLTITANS - I've read it on this site that somebody did, but they just ignored all my emails and messages, so not sure. I have contacted my bank as well to deal with the fraud

what number did you call? I prefer emails as I can use them as proof of my activities to recover the funds. Did you contact your bank as well to get the money back? If so what was their response?

Ivypay no longer have links to Kryptonim so aren't entertaining any more refunds.

I've registered a complaint with the FINFSA too.

I have Token.io involved in these transactions so will try that route next

I would be very careful with how you describe this to the bank. Fraud in payment terms usually refers to unauthorised purchases and payments. These (unfortunately) were what the user intended for the transaction and their problem isn’t with the transaction itself but how the transaction is identified. That’s basically what my banks said to me when rejecting my chargebacks 🙁

i have this too. Token say they just initiate the payments and are therefore not liable. Ivypay and Kryptonim are a bunch of scammers. If you’ve reported them i might do the same now

barclays and marbles said no outright as their are no chargeback rights for gambling. We could start a group claim if your chargebacks fall through too. please let me know. Anyone with ventira on their statement email me on xkboii21@gmail.com

Hi, How long did it take to get your refund through cardaq? They have ignored my official letter sent to them on the 7th detailing the fraud

I got it back from the casino finding the real owner etc. What casino it was?

It is fraud, as the casino I deposited to is a scam, and these companies acted as money launderers and money mules, knowingly or unknowingly. I only discovered this last week and I'm on a warpath to get all the money back. Banks notified; direct contact made with the ones I could identify and I even sent an official letter to the Minister in charge of the gambling commission and the regulators to ask the law to change and provide a clear recovery procedure (that is for the distant future, though)

This is not a gambling chargeback, this is a scam as the so-called casino I have used isn't just unlicensed in the uk, it has no licence at all and it is just a front for scamming people.

Same with me but that’s what the bank said. Tbf I did get some withdrawals from the casino but not even 40% of my deposits. They refused to close my account over 10 times within a month and are unlicensed despite lying and saying that they are licensed. It was winbeast. Which casino was it for you?

Harrycasino.co but they use many extensions - they are just a scam not a real casino

I was in the same state of mind as you for a few months. And it went well. But i’m still unbelievably down and have barely broken the tip of the iceberg when it comes to refunds. Please keep me updated if any merchants refund. I have no chance of chargebacks as they’ve been denied and are now out of 120 day period.

did you get any withdrawals?

Harrycasino.co - same on refusal to close, deposits went to other businesses, which I had no dealings with
