also ventira and vocaloidy are very niche merchants which not many people other than me have mentioned. So it’s good to hear that they are laundering for more sites than just winbeast. Would help if you wanted to do a group claim against them assuming you are a uk citizen. I’m genuinely thinking of taking them to court.

visa and mastercard both have 540 days limit when it comes to fraud - did you go to the financial ombudsman? I can post the sample letters I have sent to the companies and the banks if you want a copy

I haven’t gone to them for any of my banks. Only for ISX financial which is an FCA regulated company laundering money for multiple offshore casinos

This investigation has cured me of gambling. I had no idea it was this bad! I want the law to change and for people who were scammed to have a proper recovery process. In my view, the government has failed many people when it comes to illegal gambling, and it is time for change!

No it’s winbeast. They aren’t licensed at all. They refused to closed my account completely 10+ times despite me disclosing a gambling addiction. Even when I said I was really struggling mentally (and worse) and they kept offering me bonuses to keep playing. Different sites lie about them being licensed in Anjouan and Curacao but these are lies. They aren’t licensed anywhere. There live chat say the license is in the T and Cs but it isn’t. I’ve told them this 3 times and they said they’d fix it everytime but it’s just a chat bot so obviously nothing has happened. It’s basically confirmed they’re not licensed anywhere on here. But their payment chains are solid and hard to process where the moneys actually gone. I also have lost a lot on Ryker and Santeda casinos but that was mainly with SWIPEZ1 and DSOLPAY. Which have closed down because of the transaction laundering so that refund is dead.

Sounds like mine. This is not ok and the bank should do more to protect you and get the money back. Have you received their final decision? Did you go to the ombudsman? There are many cases when the ombudsman forced the banks to refund gambling losses.
