The casino just sent refunds straight away, I never recieved any response from rapyd! But make sure to report them so fca will take notice. Also I think gambinini might be related to nextrast as https://gambinini.com/ when you look at their operator at the bottom it says nextrast solutions!

Betportal? Well they stated in email that they were closing my account (probably because I won) then said they will refund original deposit amounts. However I still haven’t received one of them

The successful ones took several weeks, although the timing varied from case to case.

For the chargebacks Xpate challenged, my bank sent me their documents and gave me an opportunity to respond. I had to provide additional evidence and explain why some of the documents didn't match my actual transactions.

After that, a few cases were resolved in my favour without any further action from me. Others are still pending, so I'm expecting those to take longer.

Do you have any merchant names that Rapyd process please? I have them down with FSTCN but unsure on others.

From what I've seen, it seems pretty random. Xpate challenged some smaller transactions while others involving larger amounts went through without any further response.

I haven't noticed a clear pattern with vercs2 or tokdom either. Even transactions under the same descriptor have had different outcomes.
