I am currently going through dealings with Betportal who have closed my account with around £1200 balance. Stated they would initiate refund of deposits but haven’t sent them all back yet. Absolute scumbags. Don’t think il be seeing that £1200

Be careful with impaya, if you do chargebacks through your bank they will forge receipts and proofs. They are behind several merchants.

That isn’t the casino. It’s the merchant/processor that sent the email with the refunds
