A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

SolarBee / LEON – €8,895 payment dispute – Revolut confirms settlement but LEON confirms no funds credited

I would like to share my case involving SolarBee and LEON and ask whether anyone has experienced a similar situation.

On 6 September 2025, I made three card transactions intended for deposits to my LEON account:

€1,570.50

€4,188.00

€3,136.50

Total: €8,895.00

The transactions were processed under SolarBee.

I subsequently obtained written confirmation from Revolut identifying the transactions and providing individual ARN and authorization references. Revolut also confirmed that the transactions progressed to financial settlement and that the funds were transferred through the card scheme to the merchant's acquiring bank/payment processor.

However, after I contacted LEON directly and provided the transaction details, LEON confirmed to me in writing:

"I confirm that no funds were credited to your LEON account."

Therefore, I currently have documentation showing that the card transactions were financially settled through the SolarBee payment chain, while the intended gambling platform states that the funds were never credited to my account.

I have repeatedly contacted SolarBee requesting an explanation of the final destination of the funds and/or reimbursement, but the matter remains unresolved.

I have also obtained confirmation from the Portuguese gambling regulator, SRIJ, that LEON/leon.bet was not and has never been licensed to provide online gambling services in Portugal.

Judicial proceedings concerning the €8,895 are now pending in Portugal against SolarBee Sp. z o.o. (Case 424/2026-JP), and judicial notification has already been dispatched to SolarBee in Poland.

I am still willing to resolve the matter amicably if SolarBee provides either:

1. documentary evidence showing the final destination of the €8,895; or 2. reimbursement of the disputed amount.

Has anyone here had transactions processed by SolarBee in connection with an online casino? If so, did SolarBee provide the final destination of the funds or resolve the dispute?

Hello, I'm sorry, but soliciting is really not permitted on our forum, especially when someone is intent on being called "recovery services" yet registered through Proton email or Gmail. I'd like to add that in the past we encountered phishing attempts through those activities. This account was therefore banned since, obviously, it served only one purpose—to offer paid services.

I appreciate the understanding.
