ISX Financial is a major player in the casino business. Their name comes up constantly, and some of my transactions also went to ISX. I've sent them several emails, but never received a reply.

Isx point blank refused any responsibility.

My complaint with ivypay is ongoing but think it'll go to their Ombudsman.

Kryptonim sent me all the transaction details which contradicts everything they said about not being at fault

I am demanding a refund because the casino shamelessly exploited my problematic gambling behavior by actively pressuring me to make frequent deposits, even though I had personally informed them in an email months earlier that I suffer from a serious gambling addiction. I received almost daily calls from a casino manager and personalized VIP deposit offers via email. I truly felt that I was being financially drained – that everything I had was to be taken from me.

Furthermore, the casino operates illegally here in Germany and tries by all means to circumvent gambling bans.

The merchants are: ZWART FINANCIAL LTD, iSX Money, Truenorth Payments Corp, BC LTD.

wait so my understanding is you only got 2 transactions refunded? or did you get the isx ones refunded too? I have like 50 if not more

token.io asked ivy to refund me.

before these refunds I had already contacted ivy about some other payments one merchant being Passpoint sp zoo. They refunded as well as some other merchants.

oh ivy do passpoint too? passpoint do not respond to me at all, and ivy have not responded to me on my passpoint emails either. Really rude tbh. Might take them to the regulator if they don’t get a move on ive given them well over a month now

Yes Iv do passpoint…all mine with ivy are bank transfers.

i dont think they do card payments

Passpoint and Hashtrix were all bank transfers through ivy.

got them all back as well as the 2 they did for Kryptonim

need tchtxt and meta deposit too. global stride refunded me 🙂
