Hello. I haven't received a response to my complaint yet. I wrote to Xpate again, mentioning that I had already filed a complaint. I also wrote that I'm waiting for my refund. But so far, no reaction.

Hello. After several emails, Xpate finally replied that they couldn't find my transactions in their system. They recommended that I either contact my bank or the website where I made the payment directly.
Hi. I've already filed a complaint, submitted a chargeback request through my bank, and contacted Xpate again, asking them to refund my money. But they still haven't responded. My bank told me the process could take around 45 days, so I'm waiting.
Nah mate, I’m still on case with them. ignored every email I’ve sent. Barclays calling me early part of next week following a complaint so hopefully I’ll get more info off them - Doubt it though
