A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Yes, support@noda.live and include fraud@clear.bank and banking circle. Dealing with Clear Bank and Noda separately but keep copying them both into eachothers comms. I've gone back and forth with Noda, who have requested info/ verification etc. But clearbank just emailed asking for Falcora's SC and AN as well as transaction IDs. I don't want to speak too soon but given that fact that Noda are winding down operations it's not in their interest to continue to act illegally. All payments after 7th Oct 2024 fall under 'PSR APP fraud reimbursement rules' FYI, hoping yours weren't before then otherwise it'll likely be tricky.

Update - Clearbank are the overarching bank (nucleus365) are their client and clearbank have told me that they've rebranded as https://kalpixpay.com/. The way the money is moving is - You → Noda (payment initiator) → Falcora Finance (merchant name) → Nucleus365/KalpixPay account → held at ClearBank

They clearly don't want to give me my money back. After sending several emails asking them to check it again, I received this reply: "After double-checking your request, we can confirm that we were unable to identify the transaction in question within our systems. Therefore, our payment infrastructure was not involved in the processing of this transaction."

What else can I do? Others are refunded by walletto/coinpactico, but not me?

I appreciate any help.

Amazing, they played dumb and said there aren't any payments related to your email address and then requested my card details so provided my masked details. Hoping for a similar resolution to you. The descriptors for payments around the mixcrede dates are:

EDVNC (payment amount)eur

EDNS (payment amount)eur

Mixcrede

Dtbrch

Ggsltd

Lxr (payment amount)eur

Do you have any of these? Once they hit your account would you mind letting me know which descriptors they relate to as I have 58 different descriptors and they're bound to be involved with more than one
