A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Have you email addresses for merchants that refunded

Helping someone out - has anyone come across UNDUCT.COM and TRDBLZ?

If so, any luck getting refunds from the merchant or just go straight to chargeback?

I requested it, but they take their time, ofc. I don't care about the DSAR, i care about my money.

I don't get it how many people here were saying coinpacto refunds are handled by walletto. I contacted walletto at their complaints email, filled a form and their reply was "Following our internal review, we were unable to identify the transaction in question within our system. Therefore, our payment infrastructure was not involved in the processing of this transaction."

The exact merchant name is "Coinpactico" located in Warszawa. Walletto doesn't seem to care about my responding emails to check the transactions again. I'm very thankful for any help.

Was the merchant also "coinpactico"? What was the date?

When i scroll up, i see others complaining about walletto not refunding aswell. I keep emailing them to review the transaction again, but they're ignoring me now. What else can I do?

Do you happen to know which merchants where related to Walletto? I've got a good 50+ merchants but can't piece it all together.

You had much luck with walleto? If so, how did you go about it?

Yeah. I emailed them and got a refund of over £1000

With the DSAR they'll tell you that they did process it through Coinpacto, which is what happened to me. Be patient; I recovered €11,000 from payments made in April and May of 2025. I read here that Walleto processed through Coinpacto and they refunded, even though I paid from Revolut and I no longer have that account. They deposited the money into another of my accounts without any problem.

How long did they take to respond to the DSAR? Also, why do you no longer have revolut? Was your account closed? If you want you can email me (blancopleite @proton.me)

Ahhh that’s great news. May I ask which merchants they’re involved with? Sorry to be a pain but would be a great help

How did you go about doing this? Assuming you provided evidence of the payments, and went down the MCC, gambling card blocks route? I can’t access my old Rolletto account because they banned me after winning a fortune so can’t get hold of my transaction history, do you think this will be an issues?

And how do you found them??
