A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Looking for 4 of those 5 too, let me know how you get on.

Would you mind confirming all of the merchants that you managed to get refunds from via Monzo?

filehere you go. Monzo has not refunded a single penny. Only the merchants refund (some of them) once I submit chargebacks

Top man, appreciate it. I assume you tried the same with the other merchants? Also, have you tried this with any other banks? Seems like the only ones that trigger the refund on the other side is Monzo

Ive done disputes for about half of the merchants. The ones I named earlier have not refunded anything aswell as a few others. Seem to be at a dead end now.

FYI Tevvers is https://www.terraverse.info/en/ & Companies house - https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/12729165

They don't respond to emails. I managed to win chargebacks against them last year and their address was included in the refund and matches up with their companies house info

https://imgvibes.store/ I'm trying to find out if this website might be from imgvibes

img vibes address is:

Vlkova 532/8

130 00 Prague 3

Czechia

Imgcarousel.com is a company based in this address that’s like a sister company of fusionwebvibes.com so (img + vibes).

I emailed them but no reply. I think they’re also linked to nbcgate (also registered in this address).

Yes, I had already read this on the forum, thank you.

But I think the website I sent is imgvibes. They claim to offer 100% digital tools and they don't issue invoices or anything. Plus, they don't reply to my emails. Suspicious... file

The other companies also offer digital goods and the adress match! But I dunno, maybe you’re a right just think it’s not based in Prague?

Would terrvers and trvrers be the exact same group? How did you win them?

As far as I’m aware yes. To be honest I just kicked up a fuss when I raised 500+ payments for the same reason across 20 different merchants. They told me to piss off but for some reason a couple managed to stick. It wouldn’t work again to be honest, I’ve still got 20 odd payments that haven’t been refunded from them. Yes I believe trvrers is the same

Did you have any of these payments with other banks? If so, have you tried with any other banks? I assume not
