Have you managed to get any refund at all for this merchant?

I got the same response saying they have only found 1

That's interesting, I don't have either of those but hopefully manage to get refunded. Only have a few hundred quid with Mixcrede but it's more a matter of principle, also if I get a few hundred back from all 58 merchants it defo adds up lol.

How many days after you submitted the DSAR? They confirmed to receive the DSAR, but didn't send anything yet
