Hmmm - replied to me with some nonsense about not being a gambling company and being an educational courses company. No mention of a refund.

I have a screenshot of my bank asking me to verify the transaction with their name visible on the Satenda website, so assume can chargeback easily if mention wrong MCC

I would reply back to them and push the issue, show the evidence. Chargebacks aren’t really that easy with the banks, I thought it would be however Barclays is pushing back saying services have been provided despite the wrong MCC which is ridiculous

Yeh I normally say:

Tried to deposit to a what i now know is an unlicensed casino

Money never arrived at the casino

Also appeared as a weird merchant that I've never heard of and with the wrong MCC

Not recieved services from either the casino or the named merchant

Won every one so far

What payment descriptor is this for plz
