Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I can’t remember specifically but I basically explained that the transactions were connected to gambling deposits but were processed under unrelated merchant names/descriptors, which bypassed the gambling block on my card. I raised concerns about this and asked them to review the transactions
