A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Via chargeback or directly from the merchant? If direct, please let me know the details.

Thanks

I can’t remember specifically but I basically explained that the transactions were connected to gambling deposits but were processed under unrelated merchant names/descriptors, which bypassed the gambling block on my card. I raised concerns about this and asked them to review the transactions

Hey did you ever recieve anything from NovaArcade?

No. Going through chargeback at the moment

Be careful chargebacks with Santeda casinos. My bank finally agreed to chargeback on wrong MCC code after i was honest and the merchants wait til the last day and send fake invoices. You then have to dispute that again and start from the beginning

Guys, does anyone have any information about Waleto? I can’t get in touch with the seller

deus

Then I hope you can help me here.

Is there a way to contact the NovaForge group directly? I want to be permanently banned from all their sites. Furthermore, I want to be unable to register on any of their sites.

I see and appreciate you sharing this.

I want to help, but I also want to be honest here. It may not work exactly like that. I can’t guarantee a permanent ban across all NovaForge sites or automatically stop future registrations on every site.

What I would suggest is contacting the support team of each NovaForge casino you have used and asking for information about self-exclusion across the brands. They should be able to explain what is possible and help you set restrictions on your accounts.

I'm sorry to say this, but when it comes to larger groups of casinos with offshore licenses, there is usually no other way.

Some casinos may have stated in the rules that as part of the group, self-exclusion can be made within the concrete group (names should be specified at least by the support—save any email or screenshot of that arrangement), but it always depends on what is actually stated in each casino's terms.

For example, I would not dare to say that current offshore licenses allow players to self-exclude on the license provider level. I'm not certain how reliable such action would be.

Yeah. I even have proof from the casino that the merchants we have chargedback are them and still they are making fake receipts.
