I think the ones with Mastercard transactions have learnt that they can ignore due to Mastercard rules on gambling.

If they're visa, just chargeback. They won't argue.

Both VISA, bit unsure with what to say for depasify as it's crypto.

Gambling transactions only apply if coded as gambling, in most cases these tranactions are miscoded on purpose, also people are falsely told that these casinos are legal to operate in there country when they are not, this is misrepresentation, both of these are grounds for chargeback under master card ruled
