If you are being honest and telling the bank its gambling transactions just email the casino and use this as the evidence and explain that you cannot find any contact details for merchant
I was with my first bank Chase, who rejected these due to Mastercard and any connection with gambling, so with this second bank I was going to go as goods /services not received.
Most likely the transactions arent coded as gambling transactions tho, and if you can get them to say on libe chat that they are locenced to operate in the uk, then go on ukgc and confirm they are not, this is misrepresentation telling you they are licenced when not, which this combined with wrong mcc coding are valid chargeback reasons, send them this as evidence and you trying to contact them, show them tou hold no accounts with merchants on the statements etc
