So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. say I’ve never heard of this merchant and they’re using the wrong MCC. I say I tried to deposit to XXXXX but it never arrived


the evidence I upload is an email to the casino complaining it didn’t arrive (or you can be more innovative if you want - html can be edited but of course I could never suggest that on here……)


I never get asked for anything else and they win. Unless they were somehow done via the correct MCC and then always lose
