Same issue here. Payments are processed under unrelated company names, with no clear connection to the actual service used. This strongly suggests MCC obfuscation.

Is this allowed under Curaçao licensing rules, and does escalating a complaint have any real impact?

Anyone looking for Neonverse or Nuoplym, nuoplm, nverse, nuoplaym or anything similar, the site is guardiansofchain.com and for the Uk the company is nuoplaym ltd. They provide false receipts and are actively committing fraud. You can find the director on Facebook, Latvian born, living in Scotland. If you check their terms the companies are stated.

Hi Sarah you just add whatever it said it was eg digital goods etc you get a lot of info on merchants here and also on the app I did ref like DT/12456/00 similar letters to the merchant name or fake merchant ! make it look good
