A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Hi everyone, has anyone done a chargeback with Hupeiwe? Today is day 46 of the dispute, and Hupeiwe has submitted some evidence to the bank. Does this mean I’ve lost the case?

Do not mention gambling ever. These people turning up on the forum recently, you have no idea who they are. All banks know they are gambling transactions, but the merchants on the statements do not provide gambling services.

No because gambling transactions are high risk regarding money laundering etc. and gets extra attention when speaking about illegal casino operators which are outside the European Union.

The last thing a bank wants is trouble it caused by itself by investigating this schemes as it will expose its share in facilitating these payments for example and could lead to huge fines from the relevant authorities.

In The Netherlands my experience with banks is (don't know which one you use) to play along with the false merchant stating you did not receive your goods and want a full refund. As I use the KSA site to verify the license I avoid the illegal casinos at all costs as they are only scamming Dutch players or doing all they can to avoid payouts.

They made invoices for only three of my transactions. I asked about this too not sure if it’s happened to anyone else. I replied to the bank saying the details weren’t correct on the invoices on 16th Feb still waiting on a response. But they didn’t challenge the majority of them. They also said I hadn’t contacted them to resolve it but I had emails showing that I had.

Oh, but did they refund u or u still waiting? Also can u share whit me them email please?

My bank gave me conditional refunds straight away but they said they would be taking some of them back after they challenged it unless I responded why they shouldn’t, which I did so now waiting a response for that. info@urbanzombiedefence.com was what I found in this thread. Did they challenge all of yours?
